ZappleRepair ZappleParts (Conned and abused by this shop) Unethical and dishonest businessman

Update as of 14Sep18: After I raised a claim with Small Claims Tribunal, Benny responded via eNegotiation to settle the case. He refunded me 250SGD first. He still owes the remaining 30SGD+PenStylus but I am going to forgo it as I really dislike the thought of meeting him again. To anyone who is going up against this guy, I suggest step one to just file a case against him through CJTS immediately (must file it within a year else not effective!)

Below is my encounter with a freelance computer repair shop, who is unethical, dishonest and cheats his customers (as per his facebook reviews). The name of this shop is called ZAPPLEREPAIR or ZAPPLEPARTs as he register the business as, and the person that runs the show is called Benny Sunarto. Beware of him on Carousell too as you can see the bad comments put there by consumers!

I will be raising this to the relevant authorities to handle since I am not able to manage him on my end. I will follow through with the steps to take once I close this case. Please support and share this for awareness!

I shall summarize the screenshots below for easier reading:

1. First sent to him the SurfacePro4 on 13Jan2017 and he identified my HDD is faulty so he changed it within 2 days. However, I realized the speaker was suddenly not working and I sent it down to him again including my PEN Stylus. I did not want to dispute if he spoilt it or maybe it was already going to spoil so I accept the 90SGD he quoted me. The initial encounter with him is, he is VERY NICE GUY. ALAS.
2. Since then, I asked him off and off about the status and in Early March, he suddenly told me my computer was in CHINA, waiting for shipment back to SG. I checked again in May and he told me it is still in China.
3. Early June, I asked him for status update and he told me he will prepare one that same weekend, not my old laptop but a replacement unit without a BOX and only 3 mths warranty. I just want back my set, I don’t know how he could have lost it. And he said it is okay to sell without a box, nobody will check (I am no marketplace cheat k)
4. I tried to ask back for my original unit (supplied my serial to him). and on 9th June 2018, he flipflopped and said my unit was in Indonesia now (blaming that the item was sent wrongly by his china courier)
5. I kept chasing and chasing until a point, I suggested him to buyover my unit instead. He evaded the buyover qns. Come end June, he told me my set is fixed and is in Indonesia and he will arrange his people to bring down early July.
6. 4th July 2018, he told me his staff forget to bring down. Nevermind, I wait. What can I do? I am at his mercy anyway.
7. 14th July 2018, Oops, he decided to tell me my laptop is held with Indonesia customs and now he wants to replace me with one and I really didn’t want it. I asked him for the deadline of my unit and he said END AUGUST. I didn’t want to wait so I made the decision to  ask him to buy over my set again.
8. Benny already earned about 300 dollars changing my SSD (that I never got to use before) and now he quotes me 580 to buy back. In short, he is just buying my computer back at about 250SGD. Nevermind, I let you win, I take up your bad deal for me.
9. Fast forward, he told me he dont have money in SG to pay me and needs his ppl to come down from Indonesia with the money so he can paylah me. At one point, he paid me SGD300 and the remaining SGD250 have been outstanding since 2-3 weeks. He also tried to ask me for proof that he took my pen stylus that cost about SGD100.
10. During the entire conversation he even tell me I am full of shit and I need to be more like human to trust him.
11. If anyone were to read my screenshot messages, you will know WHO TO TRUST.
12. I trusted him to begin with but he abused my trust along the entire journey. For those who gave him good reviews, you are just plain lucky nothing went wrong in the transaction. Otherwise, you will find out that he will suck you dry.
13. I have many nice Indonesian friends but this one big time conman.
